How do I make a reservation?

On the package details page, indicate how many people are traveling and any optional extras you’d like (boat party, insurance, etc.). Then choose your payment method and confirm with your email address: we don’t ask for passenger information before payment.

When do I need to provide the passengers&#x27; information?

Right after you confirm payment. If you put it off until later, you can complete them at any time from your reservation in My Account .

Can I change a passenger&#x27;s name?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The guest can request a name change through the reservation details page up to 10 days before check-in. The team will review the request and confirm the change.

Can we add more people to a reservation that&#x27;s already been made?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from " My Account" using the "Add More Seats" button, under the same conditions as your original reservation (a partial reservation of €100 per new person, or the full price if you paid 100%).

Are transfers included?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not include transportation. Since we welcome guests from different parts of Spain and abroad, everyone has different arrival times. This gives you the freedom to arrange your arrival at the hotel in whatever way works best for you on the day of check-in.

Do I have to pay it all at once?

Accepted Answer

No. You can make a reservation with a deposit of €100 per person (the default option) or pay 100% up front. You can pay the remaining balance of a partial reservation later, at your own pace.

How do I split up the outstanding payment?

Log in to My Account , open your reservation, and click “Pay.” You can pay 20%, 50%, the full balance, or any other amount (minimum €100 per payment) as many times as you like until the balance is paid in full, as long as you do so before the deadline shown in your reservation.

What is the deadline for paying the balance?

Each reservation shows its payment due date in My Account, along with the number of days remaining. We&#x27;ll notify you by email before that date.

Can each guest pay their own share?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The account holder can invite each guest from the reservation details page: each guest receives their own access to view the reservation and pay whatever portion of the outstanding balance they wish.

What kind of emails will I receive?

One for each milestone in your reservation: a confirmation as soon as your first payment is processed, a welcome message to your account (if you’re a new customer, with a link to set your password), a confirmation every time you make a partial payment, a reminder if the deadline is approaching, and a final notice with practical details before your trip.

Check your spam or promotions folder. If it still isn&#x27;t there, go to My Account : from your reservation, you can have the confirmation emailed to you again.
